Ruth 3:11 

Boaz responds to Ruth with honour. He doesn’t take advantage of her vulnerability  he speaks kindly, promises action, protects her reputation. His integrity shines even in the dark.

How we act when no one is watching matters. Boaz shows us that godly character is steady and trustworthy, whether or not anyone is there to see it.

  A gentle practice for today:   Ask God to strengthen your integrity in one area of your life.  Lord, help me walk with honour.
